smith + fowle, a curatorial partnership based in the East End of London worked with museums and galleries across the country. Responding to the changing needs of artists and institutions during the 1990s, the business provided management, programming and education consultation services, as well as developing exhibitions, residencies and site-specific commissions with over 60 emerging and established artists.
