Norfolk & Norwich Festival

Contemporary Art Norwich 2009 (CAN09), produced by Norfolk and Norwich Festival, is a vibrant city-wide celebration of contemporary visual art. The Festivals 2009’ inaugural launch of curating and commissioning new work includes the critically acclaimed Tales of Space and Time by Ivan and Heather Morison, Florilegium Norwich, a new commission by Jacques Nimki and two unrealised projects 13 – The Norwich Beacon by Office for Subversive Architecture and Maurizo Catellan‘s Untitled (woman in crate), 2007.
